IMAC Cartridge Customization v1.1. This application enables automated stripping and charging of AssayMAP Fe(III)-NTA cartridges with the desired metal of choice for immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) experiments. The protocol enables metal customization of 1 to 96 cartridges in a single run using AssayMAP Fe(III)-NTA cartridges.
