About the App Library

The App Library contains the list of applications that make up the sequence of steps in various workflows. The applications may be combined in any sequence that suites your experimental needs.

Accessing an application

To access an application:

1	In the Protein Sample Prep Workbench, do one of the following:

•	If you have not yet logged in, click App Library. The VWorks software starts, and then the User Authentication dialog box opens.

 

Type your VWorks user name and password, and then click OK. The App Library opens.

•	If you have already logged in to the software, click the App Library button in any of the other libraries of the Protein Sample Prep Workbench.

2	In the App Library, locate the name of the application you want to use, and then click App.
