On-Cartridge Reaction v1.1. This application enables you to automatically aspirate a temperature-controlled reagent, for example, an enzyme solution, through prepared AssayMAP cartridges that contain immobilized target molecules. In many cases, this allows for the separation of reaction products, simplifying downstream sample preparation and analytical processes. You can process 1 to 96 reactions in a single run.
