Cleanup Protocol
If you want to control the temperature for a Heating Shaking Station accessory for a specific labware on the station, see Set Temperature (Agilent Bravo).
Requirements
To use the Set Temperature - Position task, you must first configure a Heating Shaking Station accessory in Bravo Diagnostics. The software considers any heating or shaking accessory controlled by an Inheco STC or MTC Controller to be a Heating Shaking Station accessory, for example, the Peltier Thermal Station (CPAC).
Task parameters
After adding the Set Temperature - Position task at the desired point in the protocol, set the following parameters in the Task Parameters area:

Parameter
Description
Location
The Bravo deck location where the task will occur, for example, a Peltier Thermal Station (CPAC) at deck location 4 or 6.
If the task is in a Bravo subprocess, the Bravo device specified by the Subprocess task is used. If the task is in the Startup or Cleanup protocol, the Task Parameters pane Device Selection specifies which Bravo to use.
Turn off temperature
The option to use this task to turn off the temperature control. If this option is not selected, the task will start temperature control.
Temperature
The target temperature (°C) for the accessory to achieve during this task.
Wait
The option to wait until the accessory achieves the target temperature within the specified tolerance before the task completes.
If this option is not selected, the task considers itself completed as soon as the temperature control turns on or off successfully.
Temperature tolerance
The acceptable range of temperature (°C) above or below the specified target temperature.
Timeout
The duration (minutes) to wait for the temperature to reach the specified target temperature within the specified tolerance.
Allow concurrent operation
